GTSA Announces the Grand Tour Multiclass Challenge!

SA – Get ready for a new type of challenge! GTSA is thrilled to announce the launch of a special "Fun Season," a thrilling 7-Round Multi-Class Championship designed to test driver skill, team strategy, and on-track awareness like never before.
Hosted by our very own league member, this series promises bumper-to-bumper action across some of the world's most iconic circuits.

The Format:
A Unique Team-Based Challenge
The Grand Tour Multiclass Challenge will feature teams of three drivers, but with a strategic twist.

Each team will field:
One (1) Group 2 car: The thoroughbred prototype, responsible for fighting for overall victory.

Two (2) Group 4 cars: The GT racers, battling for class honours while navigating faster traffic.

All three teammates will race on the track simultaneously, making traffic management, communication, and team-based strategy the keys to victory.
Gr.2 drivers will need precision and patience to slice through the field, while Gr.4 drivers must master defensive driving and cooperative racing to aid their team's overall standing.
It's a true endurance-racing-style format brought to a sprint series!

The Calendar:

A 7-Race Global Tour
To accommodate the complex nature of multiclass racing, we have hand-picked circuits from the Gran Turismo 7 roster known for their length and width, ensuring ample room for breathtaking overtakes and intense battles.

The calendar is as follows:

Nov 6: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

Nov 13: Autodromo Nazionale Monza

Nov 20: Nürburgring 24h Layout

Nov 27: Fuji International Speedway

Dec 4: Suzuka Circuit

Dec 11: Circuit de la Sarthe

Dec 18: Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Season Finale)

A Word From The GTSA Admin
"I wanted to create a series that was less about pure hot-lapping and more about real race craft and teamwork," said the series organizer.
"The dynamic between the two classes on track at the same time means anything can happen. It’s about having fun, racing clean, and proving which team is the best all-around racing squad. I can't wait to see everyone on the grid!"

Further details regarding car regulations, race settings, and the sign-up process will be posted in the GTSA league forums shortly.

Start forming your teams and get ready for the GTSA Grand Tour Multiclass Challenge!
