Gran Turismo 7’s Online Time Trial challenge is back with a fresh and exciting combination. This time, drivers head to Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya National Layout in Gr.4 machinery, with the event running from December 18, 2025 through January 1, 2026.

The National Layout in Spain measures 3 kilometers, features 11 corners, and includes 28 meters of elevation change. It is a circuit that rewards rhythm and accuracy, delivering fast, flowing laps that still demand precision. Expect the very fastest drivers to push into the low 1:14s, while the gold target will likely land in the mid 1:16 range.
Overall, this looks like a strong and accessible time trial. Gr.4 cars suit the circuit well, and the layout encourages clean, repeatable laps without feeling overly punishing. With other events at Spa in Gr.1 and Tsukuba in the Mine’s BNR34 GT-R N1 base nearing their end, this Barcelona challenge arrives at the perfect time to keep the online rotation feeling fresh and competitive.
