Gran Turismo 7 returns with a brand new challenge, and this time we head to Autopolis International Racing Course in the BMW M3 '07. The event begins on February 19th, 2026 and runs for two weeks, so you have plenty of time to dig in and refine your pace.
Autopolis is a highly technical circuit packed with demanding corners that punish even the smallest mistake. Precision is everything here. You have to be calm, controlled, and deliberate through every sector. The downhill section is especially critical. Run slightly wide and you are in the gravel, losing time and momentum. This is a lap that rewards discipline and absolute focus.
The lap times are already competitive, and they will only continue to improve. The current benchmark sits at a 2:01.883. That is a seriously impressive reference and a strong target to chase. You have two weeks to push yourself and fight for a share of the 2 million in game credits. Finish inside the top three percent and you secure the full 2 million. Every tenth of a second counts. Every corner matters.
The event runs on Sport Hard tires, which means grip is limited and precision is crucial. The car will not feel glued to the track, so smooth inputs and careful throttle control are key. It is a demanding combination, but it is also deeply rewarding. Each lap offers another chance to find time, clean up a section, and inch closer to your goal.
Let us know what you think about this challenge, and how close you are to that benchmark time.
