The Gran Turismo 7 Online Time Trial returns with a brand new challenge starting today, taking place on a track that was very recently added to the game. This time, drivers head to Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Canada, behind the wheel of the Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG C 63 S ’15. The event runs from 22 January 2026 through 6 February 2026.
Circuit Gilles Villeneuve measures 4,361 meters in length and features 14 corners, a 5 meter elevation change, and a 1,173 meter straight. It delivers a mix of high speed sections and tight chicanes that reward precision and confidence.
This is shaping up to be a very popular combination. Overall participation is already high, and the field is extremely competitive. At the moment, the time required to reach the top 100 is 1:44.849, while the top 1000 sits at 1:46.585. These times are almost certain to improve as the event progresses, and it will be interesting to see where things settle. The final lap record will likely end up somewhere in the high 1:42 range.
All in all, this looks like a very exciting challenge.
