To enter this race, you need to own the Mercedes-Benz W196R 1955 car, which is usually available in the Legends Car Dealership. It is a one-make race, so if you do not own the car, you will not be able to join this race.

This race is meant to recreate the 1955 Italian Grand Prix. Since the track used in 1955 included the oval and had a length of 10km, sadly the best we can do for this race it to use the no-chicane version of the Monza circuit and do 87 laps. (Back in 1955, the track including the oval was 10 km long and the drivers had to do 50 laps for a total of 500 km).

The Mercedes-Benz W196R is an easy car to drive in the game and the race settings will be as follows. Remember, this is meant to resemble the 1955 Italian GP as much as possible:

Weather: Random, but no rain, mostly sunny
Tires: Medium tires only, wear factor: 1x
Fuel: 90L starting fuel, consumption factor: 2x, refill speed: 1x

Settings option for the car: None. This means, none of the following will be available: Brake balance, Traction control
Fuel map will be available as it cannot be disabled.

Car has to be stock from the Legends. If you have made any modifications to the car, you will have to create a new tune sheet before quali in order to get the car back to stock settings.
