Honestly, I wasn’t sure how much of a difference it would actually make, but after testing, I was genuinely impressed. It’s fully integrated into the core force feedback, enhancing it rather than layering on top.

Market Overview – How Does It Compare?

The console direct drive market is still fairly limited, with only a few manufacturers offering PlayStation-certified wheelbases. The Logitech G Pro Wheel sits firmly in the premium category, priced at €949.99 for the PC version and €1,099.99 for the PS5 version in Europe, or $799.99 and $999.99 respectively in the U.S., and that’s for the wheelbase and steering wheel. The standalone wheelbase itself is listed at €749.00 in Europe and $699.00 in the U.S.

When it comes to price per Newton meter (Nm), it’s on par with its competitors. That said, there’s a noticeable gap between regions, around $70 per Nm in the EU versus $64 per Nm in the U.S.
