Week 30 Daily B: Nürburgring GR.4

5 Rounds Nürburgring Grand Prix in GR.4.....

Well, I am wondering, if this is GT's part of an exit-startegy out of the online races by anoying the users. Gr.4 by definition is boring and just a kids crash playground. Racing Gr.4 on Nürburgrings Grand Prix layout is definitely not satisfying.

Don't get me wrong! We had Gr.2 on this layout some months ago, and it was great. But why Gr.4?

I am in Gran Turismo since GT4 on PS2. I always enjoyed the game. But actually I am loosing the patience with this game. GT is trying hard to just ruin the game for me at all

Off Topic: Who the hell selected the cars in the last couple of Updates? But thats another anoying story.....

I say this race is alright. I had some crazy close battles. Genesis again is the dominant car but so far, race is alright.

Ok, not wining, trying.....

I did some races with the Huracan on the Nürburgring GP Layout now.

2 Races where I ruined my SW Ranking. It is like Stock Car Racing. Cars flying around, Take Overs where you CAN'T take over!, Bumping..... what a mess and waste of time. Like usually everytime, racing Gr.4. is just a Crash Kids Playground. I guess, the higher you are in FW-Ranking, it should get better (suposingly). But I drive in FW:D/FW:C. With controller and automatic gear. It works well for me with Gr.3, but in Gr.4? (And nope, after nearly 20 Years Gran Turismo with controller, I will not spend money on a wheel)

I then needed to waste aditional time racing several times in tourist drive mode at the end of the field to get my SW ranking back up to full S again.

Nope Gentlemen: Gr.4 is just crap.

For me, it will be just Gr.3 online every two weeks from now on
