I also made the following changes.

Heavy rain two times in a race - make sure that you bring full wet tyres.

Also, refueling is now set at 1 litre/second, this should give you more than a minute of wait time.

I had been interested in the race for a long time and was very upset when I realized that registration was based on the rule that first one goes to the race. I invited foosa to this race, and was surprised today when I saw that he was on the list of participants. As I see there is free space here now? I would really like to take part in such a long race.

But there is one more spot in the race if you want to join in. 

Other players did not answer their emails.

One last note: slipstream will be set to "custom"

I believe that this will makes the racing much closer together.

Yes, as I mentioned, more than 60 drivers registred for the event and I have only sent the emails to the first 25.

I'll open a lobby at 14.30, if you can get in, you can drive.
