You're not missing anything. Setups used to be part of Daily Races, but they aren't anymore. The setup section is basically just left over from back then. Some people still use setups for their own builds or occasionally for online league racing.
Honestly, can't remember the setup thing, must have been too long ago, started playing online with GTS in 2019. Occasionally I join lobbies that allow tuning, and I enjoy those with limited power, weight, pp, no swaps, etc., all road cars, of course. There are quite a lot for 600pp, 700pp or whatever out there, and it's good to have setups at hand to play with.
The whole setup section is a nice idea, I hope it will get filled with more content over time, esp. when it comes to road cars. There's just one thing I don't get, what are the setups for daiies A,B,C for? I mean, we have BoP applied in the dailies,…
