Well.....this race was one of the worst and the best that I have had for a long time! Qualifying went pretty well with a time of 1:43.009 putting me in 7th place. Start of the race, 1st lap, spun out and connected with the wall pretty hard right before the pits! Thank God I was near the pits! The mechanical damage that can be done to cars is so much better now because you can actually feel it, especially in the steering. I came back out of the pits, dead last! But.....after doing some pretty good laps and consistently running good lap times I was able to catch and pass 2 cars before the end of the race. So, after hitting the wall, pitting, coming back from dead last, and passing 2 cars I still finished in 11th place which I am pretty happy with!
