
Fanatec has just introduced a new policy: a three-year warranty and an extended return window.
As of yesterday, all new purchases made through Fanatec’s official sales channel on their website will now include a three-year warranty, up from the previous two years. The warranty will automatically appear in the customer’s Fanatec account as soon as the shipping status changes to "delivered."
They’ve also extended the return window from 14 to 30 days. This move reflects Fanatec’s growing confidence in their products and a strong commitment to long-term customer satisfaction. While there were challenges in the past, the hope is that with new management and improved internal structure, things will continue to move in a better direction.
