Gran Turismo 7 returns with another challenge. This time we head to High Speed Ring in the newly added Chevrolet Camaro 1969 Race Mod. The event begins on March 12 and will run for the usual two weeks.
This Camaro is one of the latest cars added in the newest Gran Turismo 7 update. The update introduced three new cars, and this Chevrolet Camaro 1969 Race Mod is among them.
The track itself is not the most difficult one. It only features a few turns, so this could be one of those challenges where reaching gold is fairly achievable.
At the moment, the top lap times are in the mid 1:06 range. For gold, you will need to set a low 1:08. That should not be too difficult since the track only has a couple of braking points, which makes the lap relatively straightforward.
Of course, lap times may drop as the week goes on. Still, there is not a lot of room for improvement on this track. Even so, it remains an interesting combination and a good opportunity to test the new car and see what it can do.
