The Gran Turismo 7 online time trials just got two new additions, and as usual each event offers two million credits if you secure gold. Normally we get one event per week, but this time there are two, thanks to the latest Gran Turismo update that introduced a couple of fresh additions to the game. Polyphony Digital decided to bring those straight into the time trials.
Event 1: Nürburgring GP
• Entry Period: 9/24/2025 9:00 – 10/9/2025 8:59
• Car: Hyundai Elantra N '23 on Sport Hard tires
This is a tough one. The Elantra N is not the easiest car to handle, and the Nürburgring GP is a demanding circuit where precision is everything. Every small mistake can cost you valuable time. The current fastest lap sits at 2:20.633. By the end of the event, we expect the gold cutoff to be around 2:24.3 as lap times improve.
Event 2: Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta
• Entry Period: 9/24/2025 9:00 – 10/9/2025 8:59
• Car: Opel Corsa GSe VGT on Racing Medium tires
This challenge features the brand new Opel Corsa GSe VGT, introduced in the latest update. The current fastest lap is 1:07.179, but we believe the gold cutoff will likely settle around 1:08.800 or lower once the event ends. Road Atlanta is short but very technical, making it difficult to link corners cleanly. While there are a few areas where you can gain a lot of time, small mistakes can easily ruin a lap. This one is likely to be the harder of the two gold medals to secure.
