Is there any way to select that layout to make a lobby with it? And is there no way to have BoP on for the time trial mode on world circuits? If not, I don't see any way anyone could actually properly practice this combination. I guess doing laps without BoP would help but it would be better if it was exactly like what the daily race would be :(

Thank you for posting the future races so early this week.

I have a question about race C - is Nurburgring Endurance 2 the reverse layout of the endurance layout?

If so, I think this will be one of the craziest daily races ever, especially races on Monday, as everyone will basically have to relearn the whole Nordschliefe. I think any practice before Monday on that layout would be extremely advantageous in doing really well.

I honestly do not know what to say. This showed up in the results, and it looks like it is going to be a crazy combination.

Are there no future races for next week (week 10 2026) on the website this time? I usually see them on the website on Friday, but since there aren't any by now does that mean that they are changing something with the races next week that can't be predicted?

New daily races have been added. The logic hasn’t been changed, but the process is handled manually on our side, so some delays can be expected.

I knew this would spark debate about the popularity of these Daily Races, but I wanted to show you the data.

This graph covers Week 1 of 2025 through Week 7 of 2026 and highlights the most and least popular Daily Race C events during that period.

And one combination stands out. The race at Tsukuba has the lowest recorded participation in the entire timeframe. It is sitting at around 75% the overall average, and it has less than half the player count of the next least popular combination.

The week is not even over yet, but it is hard to see these numbers improving in any significant way.

Hey Jeremy (great name btw 😉), I've just spotted this.

Why not just using Circuit Experience to get quicker on the tracks of your favourite daily (/actually weekly) race(s)?

That's my typical way to become faster, and it works with a wheel as well as with a controller.  💁🏻‍♂️

Greetings from Cologne, Germany

Hello! Brand new here and fairly new to these races. I'm a casual controller player but of course I try to get faster. Maybe a new trick for others like me to learn the shifts/throttle/brake from replays for quali. 1) Put fast person replay in loop m…

Good morning. While playing in "Sport" mode, something strange happened. In the first race, where I started from P3 and finished in the same position, I lost 22,072 points. Nothing out of the ordinary happened during the race, just minor scuffles with rivals that weren't initiated by me. I've never experienced such a jump in points. As I continued competing, I reduced the gap, but I still can't understand the situation. What happened? Is there any explanation for this? Best regards, Konrad Waliczek

Hi, this is the part we have no control over. Your driving resulted in your SR and DR dropping to B. This can happen if you exceeded track limits or had too many incidents. Fault does not matter here. What matters is staying clean on track.

In addition, your DR dropped to 22,000, which places you in the B rating. Our algorithm also shows that you are not maximizing your scores at your current level. You can find more details about this in the FAQ section.

Good morning. Why has the impact score dropped so much? It's the same with the SR rating. Despite clean races, I'm still getting red. I went from a full S to a B in 5 races. Did something go wrong with the update?

Your SR rating is currently at A. To reach the maximum score, you need to raise your SR to S.

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I still see the AB status. Today is better, and my SR hasn't dropped. Thanks for your work. Keep it up! 💪

So frustrated guys. The driver rating drops and loosing 2000 rating point in 2 races just 'cause other drivers are pushing me out, is makes me so disappointed.

Yep, I am done with the game too.

I play GT since GT4 on PS2. Was always fun.

But honestly, the open lobbies ar just crap. What is it with all these "Chill and cruise" lobbies? This is a Racing Simulator, not a "look, my car is nicer than yours" comparison....

And the daily races? I just wrote one or two comments about the last daily races. Just the same tracks in a loop.

I drive with controller and automatic gear ever since. I know I am fast enough to win races in D and also in C. Regulary I climb in B for a while. What is enough for me. But as one noted above. The amount of boneheads destroying every race is just not acceptable, and yes GT is doing nothing against dirty driving.....

I am done. I cancelled my abo for the online racing content. Once in a while I switch on the game to look at the time trials and the dealerships.

Racing some races, but after an hour latest, I am closing the game turning to other stuff I can do in my free time.

After all these years I just lost the fun of it.....

Not arguing any of what you said... Just my opinion on the daily races - I like it being the same track looping the whole week because it both:

  1. Gives me the chance to improve on that track - while if they changed it often I would never properly learn them
  2. Gives me the flexibility to jump in any time on the track that I am learning... at lunch break, after my son is off to bed, late at night after dinner and watching a tv series with the wife...

The devs have to find a balance between what everyone wants, and that balance will probably be whatever they see will drive more play time from more players. Unfortunately the current solution does not seem to fit your taste/situation :(

I think GT7 needs a multiplayer overhaul. We have this ridiculous custom slip stream, which means even if you're faster than the guys behind, you can't really get away from them. Combined with a penalty system that doesn't penalise dirty driving, it's a recipe for disaster. PD want close rscing but refuse to protect clean drivers or reward good racecraft. It's all very contradictory and it's confusing me as to what direction this game wants to go in. Once PD lost FIA support, it became a free for all. Also, why are we waiting 3 months for an exhibition season to start? Are we all just meant to sit on our hands until the 0.1% finish the world tour?

Really man, I'm so tired of this game that I feel like blowing up my video game console. There are only toxic players here, and the game doesn't punish them. In fact, it helps those who are dirty and harms those who really play. Look, I'm tired and I want to sell this PlayStation and stop, or go to Xbox or PC, because PlayStation is over, this damn GT7 is over, why don't we stop for 1, 2, 3 days to show our dissatisfaction with this game? I think everything in this game is horrible; it benefits the pros and not those who want to progress.

Usually when we get these kinds of events, the popularity tends to be pretty low. Not a lot of people join those lobbies because the cars are generally harder to drive. Still, I think there should be more variety in the daily races, they really need to include more Group 2 events.

Another big issue is how tough these races are to manage because of the slipstream. With the way Gran Turismo is set up, it’s almost impossible to properly race in Group 1 or Group 2. Following someone closely becomes really tricky, and that ruins the experience. That’s why the slipstream is currently set to a custom configuration.

If they could make it a bit easier to follow without completely removing dirty air, just tone it down enough so we can still stay close, I think a lot more people would jump in. There’s a really fine balance they need to find to make it enjoyable. And of course, they should also start using tracks we almost never see.

Do you think Gr. 1 and Gr. 2 cars are harder to drive? I find them easier to drive because of the high down force. I just wish there were more Gr. 1 and Gr. 2 Daily Races. These cars are way more fun to me. I've been following every DR in the last…

I don't mean to put words into someone elses statement... When I think of the "Difficulty" of driving faster cars, the interaction with other drivers is what I think of.  With faster cars, the consequences of brake, turn-in, acceleration points becomes more prevalent if they're wrong.  So collisions with others occur more often, from my observations.  In a TT or FP driving faster cars is easier, but when combined with others of arguably a wider variation of abilities it becomes "more difficult."  Racecraft is easier to develop when I have more time in the decision making process.  Driving skills, apart from what I call racecraft, are more easy to develop when I have more time in the decision making process.  To put it exageratingly different, if a group of E drivers get into a GR1 car on a technical track, chaos is inevitable.

I don't know that what you're saying is related to what I said, but this is what I think of with "Faster cars are more difficult" assertion.

These cars are way more fun to me. I've been following every DR in the last four months and there's been only one Gr. 1 race and the Nordschleife wouldn't have been my choice.

While it might be fun to drive a GT4 car in real life, the Gr. 4 cars in Gran Turismo feel so lame. But still there's a Gr. 4 race every other week.

Also, longer races would be fun, with more focus on strategy in terms of pitstops, tire choice and fuel efficiency.
