The track is actually very nice, it flows well with slow and fast sections, it is what is either side of track that is the problem because if you put even half a wheel off the track you are going to hell in a fireball, probably backwards

I started to like this track. More than Laguna Seca wich is also in tye "desert".

I agree 💯. Controller guys will always complain. Compare to wheel drivers that if they dont drive well OR they cant handle the tracks they realise that is not good drivers as the top drivers etc.

Not this controller driver. No complaint at all. I know there are others. I'm not even tempted to get a wheel. This track rewards constancy and punishes mistakes, wheel or no wheel. Love it

Nice man. I just say from my experience people they complain no matter what ,while in the controllers. For sure not everyone complain. There is even emoji in my post that someone get angry because I say the truth . How is possible to drive in a pad and you want to change the rules of game while is Sim game. Some people they dont want to spend the money ok I can understand it . But they like to complain instead of realise that is not anymore controller game . We are not in Gran turismo 1.

All in all the game still does a pretty good job to make it doable on controller, and still compete with wheel drivers. I still get great satisfaction with this game. Then again I'm not trying to compete in A+ ... yet. I hope to be there some day. The fact that there are pad drivers in A+ gives me hope.

There is a lot of pad players A+ . Note that before some years was more easier to reach A+ cause they changed the formula on DR points and a lot of people dont racing and stay there just doing qualification times . I still believe to drive in a wheel is more difficult due to the movements that you make , there is not all in one hand compared to the controller. You use all your body and not just 2 hands and some fingers . And for example every move you make on controller will be much more fast compared to to wheel. For example to reach A to B movement or turning wheel compare to controller your movement with controller will be much for faster due to the distances of the pad all is close to each other (throttle ,brake, turning)compare to the wheel . This is my humble opinion . Does not mean is correct . Btw the guy that he put angry emojis on my comments he can wrote me to explain me why he get angry rather to put silly emojis without to explain .

Also With the controller you play a game, so the only thing that matters is your input through the controller. When using a wheel, you try to simulate the real controls of the car and you have feedback through the wheel. Just the energy used for pedals and wheel far exceeds the energy to use a controller, which means you can respond on a controller much quickly.

Your points are valid. I find I interesting to learn and understand others' views. Thank you for chiming in! We certainly need to hear from angry emoji guy. I am only going off what I've heard from other wheel drivers. Mostly YouTubers. They have said they don't know how controller pad drivers make such precise movements with such a small device. I've never tried a wheel, and can't make the comparison. It is said it is easier on wheel to be smooth and accurate as well.  I would like to try a wheel sometime. Not sure how I'd store it. I'd want a full rig too.
