Much better than Red Bull to be honest, the latter's layout is lame as hell.

God I hate the elantra with a passion. 

A clean run here is very satisfying though, especially when there are pileups in the lobby

Hey Polyphony, no matter how many times you make them the META, Hyundais will never be cool.

The Elantras are beyond lame.

The Swift is just as fast here. 

Agreed. I don't play GT7 to safely drive affordable and dependable grocery getters.

But the Gran Turismo series was conceived from day one as a means to market automobiles to young people. The car manufacturers want to build brand loyalty as early as possible and video games are the perfect medium to do it. Whats unfortunate is Hyunday being lazy and instead of developing an actual real world racing program that would produce exciting cars worthy of featuring in the game, they try to buy their way into the conversation to shill their soccer mom wagons. VGT cars are kinda of the same thing. I don't like them much either because they're used to let manufacturers have a (fictional) car in categories they wouldn't otherwise. But I'll give them a pass as they're a nod to the wild prototypes manufacturers show off at the big car shows. In the end PD is only taking the money they're being offered. And without that revenue stream, who's to say Sony wouldn't try to extract that money from the playerbase somehow? 

Myself, I just ignore the cars I find boring. Its not like I'm racing top split where every 1/1000sec counts. My challenge is making fewer & smaller mistakes than my competition. I can do that while driving whatever car gets my blood pumping. One of the perks of being in the lower ranks.
