Checking DR results gives an empty object error for my user id

Hi, we did try fixing this today, but it looks like it didn’t quite work. That said, we’re definitely on it, and we’re aware the issue is still there.

We ran into some issues, but it looks like everything is working now. We'll keep a close eye on it to make sure it stays stable in the long run.

I think the issue may have come back with the DR refresh?

I just wanted to let you know that we've been dealing with this issue for a while, and you’ve probably noticed it affecting your DR refresh. Unfortunately, it’s not something that’s fully in our control.

We’re always trying to find the easiest and most reliable way to extract this information for you, and we’ve done that again this time. We made a few changes so that everyone can get their DR updated properly.

If something like this happens again in the future, please know that we’re aware of it and already working on a fix behind the scenes. However, these types of issues can take time to resolve, and unfortunately, the fixes aren’t always permanent.

For now, everything is working fine, but we just wanted to give you a heads-up in case something similar comes up again.
