This week’s daily races in Gran Turismo 7 bring three new combinations for the first week of the new year, taking us to Kyoto Driving Park Miyabi, Autodrome Lago Maggiore and Red Bull Ring.
Daily Race A
In the last week of 2025 and the first week of 2026, we see a combination we have had before. Once again it's Kyoto Driving Park Miyabi, it features a rolling start with the Gran Turismo kart and an 8 lap race distance. This is a surprisingly difficult combination, so I strongly recommend turning on countersteering assistance for this race. It really helps stabilize the kart. You can also consider increasing the steering sensitivity on your wheel to a much higher setting. This race is run on Sport Soft tires.
Daily Race B
Another familiar combination, Autodrome Lago Maggiore - Full Course Reverse in Gr3. Four laps here with a rolling start, and we can expect very similar behavior to the last time this race appeared. BMW is once again likely to dominate the leaderboards.
Daily Race C
Yet another combination we saw a few months ago, Red Bull Ring in Gr.4, but this time with Racing Medium and Racing Soft tires. The total race distance is 12 laps. Pitting around lap 6 looks like the most straightforward strategy, although you are welcome to experiment with other options.
