The June update for Gran Turismo 7 is here. Update 1.70 landed on June 11, 2026, and this one is all about endurance racing. Four of the five new cars are top-class prototypes straight out of the world of modern endurance racing, and there's a new event series and a Café menu built around them too. Here's everything that's coming.

Five New Cars

The headline is the car list, and it leans hard into endurance prototypes. Four of the five are current top-class racers:

The BMW M Hybrid V8 '25 is BMW's factory prototype, the car they're running in both IMSA and the World Endurance Championship. The Ferrari 499P '23 is the big one for a lot of people, since this is the car that brought Ferrari back to the top class and won Le Mans on its return. The Peugeot 9X8 '25 is Peugeot's distinctive prototype, one of the most unusual looking cars in the class. And the Porsche 963 '24 rounds out the prototype group, a car you'll find on grids on both sides of the Atlantic.

The fifth car is a change of pace: the Porsche 911 Turbo S Safety Car (992). Not something you'll race in anger, but a nice touch if you like the details.

A New Café Menu

There's one new Extra Menu added to the Café. Extra Menu No. 54, Collection: Hybrid Prototypes, ties right into the new cars. You'll need to be Collector Level 64 or above to take it on, so this one is aimed at players who have already put plenty of hours in.

Five New Races

The update adds a batch of new events to World Circuits, and again the prototype theme runs through it:

The European FR Challenge 550 takes you to Eiger Nordwand Reverse. The Pickup Truck Race is a more lighthearted one, set at Fishermans Ranch. And the big addition is the Gr.1 Prototype Series, which spans three rounds: Watkins Glen Long Course, the 24 Heures du Mans Racing Circuit, and Sardegna Road Track A. If you are picking up any of those new prototypes, that is where you will want to take them.

Scapes

Finally, Pikes Peak becomes a featured Curation in Scapes, so if you like taking photos there are some new backdrops to play with.

Final Thoughts

If you are into endurance racing, this is a great update. Getting the Ferrari 499P, Porsche 963, BMW M Hybrid V8, and Peugeot 9X8 all in one go is a big deal, and the new Gr.1 Prototype Series gives you somewhere proper to race them. Throw in a matching Café menu and some Pikes Peak Scapes.
