Things mildly off the rails... Decent enough racing still. I beleive it is a skill issue on my part. 🤣

I appreciate the sentiment, but I despise the daily A & B sprint format more than the current BoP issues with Gr.3 & Gr.4 cars. Its a shame we never get to drive road cars in races of a more meaningful length.

I'll be trying out the GR Supra '19 for this week's daily C. After only a few hours driving it in a handful of races starting from the back, never used it before btw, I'm already about 2.5sec faster than I am with my usual goto Gr.4 cars. Its not the fastest off the line but Brands Hatch is a circuit that flows. Hell, if Druids was any faster would it still count as a hairpin turn? Anyway, I think a fast driver who wants to drive something other than the Hyundai could have a certain amount of success with the Supra.

PD has the opportunity to do the funniest thing... make next week's dailies MR or RR only, the way they used to force us into FR-only races before the update 🙃

Oh for sure. Gr 3 and 4 are dominated by Hyundai since the update and a weekly one car event with the Hyundai Ioniq (which is trash to drive). The Genesis would of been fun on Brands Hatch, as it was last week on Seaside but the Elantra is so crap to drive. Feels like the car is just floating on my wheel. 

Waaah Hyundai! Waaaahhh meta! Waaaaaaahhhhh I can't use my Rexy 992 or Verstappen 296!

Maybe after a few more weeks of this you'll all finally learn to play the rest of the game, Sport-obsessed parasites.

Ofc it's on purpose,last year at the gtws final some of the top Hyundai guys shared the stage with kaz to talk about how their relationship will grow and now here we are, hopefully kaz got a nice paycheck 

Surely they test these updates before the official release (like in a test environment before pushing to production or whatever the industry terms are. Folks who know please correct me). I find it hard to believe that Polyphony are not aware of the impacts of the updates before pushing them. The question I wonder is why? It's just strange. Feels like they're kinda bean mean to us on purpose 🤣.

That being said, so far this morning I'm having decently clean races and one photo finish after a 3 lap battle for 1st that was awesome racing. Just about everyone driving the same car and using the same tires helps with the close racing, especially for splits where there is a large skill gap between participants. Just my hypothesis, don't come for me lol.

I'll report back later today and update my findings. There is still plenty of time for things to go off the rails! 🫠

Do you think it was on purpose to make the Hyundai meta for gr3 and gr4? They did change the bop for (i think) every car in those categories, but was it accidental or not? It just seems a bit suspicious that it is the same brand that has had a long partnership with gt7...

Then kaz has a reason to not to put modern racing cars lol
