This time trial forced me to create a brake and throttle telemetry dashboard in SimHub for phone to achieve better control precision.
1:57.365 on DualShock 4.

Will GTWS players receive the prizes?

As someone that only uses the Porsche. I called this out as a stupid time trail before it was even released. The GT3R was the only Gr3 car that didn’t get a meaningful change to its Diff braking sensitivity. A minor reduction from Lv75 to Lv60. This setting is the biggest factor in this car’s handling currently.

The fact that PD didn’t reduce it to the Lv30 as they did the 296 and the RSR speaks volumes to how they knowingly “balance” the cars. To effectively kill this car’s rotational ability and add weight then deceptively add HP to boost its BOP score and create an illusion that they didn’t just completely nerf the crap out of it. Every change cuts its cornering ability, and with its already below average 0-100m acceleration and top speed. They essentially killed the one and only advantage that this car had to keep up with the rest of the field.

I could go into how the Anti-roll bar settings the suspension spring rates and natural frequency settings are all completely wrong for this car but really at the end of the day just doing a lap and feeling the resistance it gives you at basic techniques says everything. What you’re looking at is a byproduct of the masses over using a good car the same way they do now with the supra, jag and others. That has led to PD effectively killing off what was a good all rounder.

It was never the meta like other car were. It was purely over used by the majority that created the illusion of meta. I can say this with confidence because I ran the numbers.

This could have been a fun competitive time trail. Instead it’s a competition on who can drive a fundamentally horrible setup car the fastest by forcing it to do what you want through abusing the gearing, brakes, curbs and steering. What a JOKE.

I fully agree with your words.
The Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) '22 is horrible to drive.

Peccato che hanno distrutto questa bellissima auto sulle sue prestazioni, sembra quasi una gr4 talmente è lenta

Such a shame its not on the Nords to be honest. Next time GT is gonna post a time trial before-post atleast dont use a picture of a Porsche cup goint through a corner on, The Nordschleife.
