Overview
The Citroën 2 CV became one of France's most iconic affordable cars, remaining in production for 42 years following its debut in 1948. The Charleston, introduced in 1980 as a special edition, stood out with its distinctive two-tone paintwork and upgraded interior. It was powered by a 602 cc air-cooled flat-twin engine, which had evolved from earlier versions of the car. Despite producing only 28.6 HP, the engine provided sufficient performance thanks to the vehicle's remarkably lightweight construction.
