Not to be rude but they make the bop to please the manufacturers not you

If you don’t think that was rude It says a lot about you. I’m going to pretend you didn’t just spout that absolute nonsense and save myself the headache of explaining why that statement is ridiculous.

Yer I’ll take minimum 530hp for Gr3 cars please. And suspension that’s suited to the actual vehicles. They can start there and I might go back to playing more often.

They're going to change the bop once again in December before the world series qualifying, Ferrari is dead, the old Porsche is way better than the new one and the new Mazda is mid

Mmm RH. oh well at least the game is semi worth having a go at now they slightly fixed the skill gap suppression update that was 1.71 PD still can’t setup cars though. The same Anti-roll bar, spring rates and natural frequency for a 1300kg FR jag and a 1250kg MR 911? Sorry that’s just lazy there two fundamental different chassis with completely different drivetrain layouts.

Pretty sad when you think they have been doing this for 30yrs now.

Race C still Elantra cup after the update but i think other cars are closer

As long as the model for racing tires is broken FWD will dominate gr4. Wouldn't be surprised to see the Nissan GR1 that's FWD start climbing the charts if they have a race with it's class.

but the update should to correct the BoP

It's not just Hyundai. The tire model is completely broken. That's why fwd is so much better now. The grip levels even on completely worn out RS higher than new RM tires. The street stuff was improved but they broke the race tires. That's why the controller players are all setting crazy laps and wheel users are a couple seconds behind. Being able to go full lock to full lock while mashing the accelerator and not losing traction is arcade stuff which is best for controllers. People don't need to be as precise with their input anymore with the additional assists that got added for specially for non wheel users.

The new tire physics are a joke. Hopefully LMU gets a console release soon.

Yes, all the events have been merged into a single thread, but we've added buttons like "Latest Race" and "Last Message" at the top, so you can easily jump straight to the most recent race or message.

Understand you've tried to make it more like Discord, but this format simply does not work. I have no context for conversation, I can't see flow in a particular thread about a particular race.

We understand that the recent BoP changes have affected qualifying performance. However, we've decided to keep the EDGE scores as they are, since many drivers have already invested a lot of time and effort into the time trials, and we believe they deserve to keep the scores they've earned.

One option we're considering is removing the EDGE score changes from this particular event, while keeping all previously earned scores intact.

Why isn't there any ghosting for this race???  It's been complete chaos in every race I have done.  Does that change with the driving level??  I was in C and boy did I get bounced around.

There is ghosting but only for extreme situations.

Starting in the middle of the pack is a mess, I was starting from the back and people are driving insanely crazy. Got a lap good enough to start on the pole and won 9 out of 10 races.

A question about brake balance what settings do you use ? Personally i feel  the Front 3 is the fastest.

I personally like to use -2

I used +3, specially for helping turning the car in Niki Lauda, Schlossgold, Rauch, Wurth and Rindt.

Honestly, I also think there should be a bit more variety when it comes to choosing a car. It’s an issue that only Polyphony can resolve, but I fear there are significant financial interests at play...
In any case, perhaps we have a chance with the Jaguar for this race...

Sorry, but I just can't race the Hyundai Cup anymore.  Too many good cars don't stand a chance against it, so until GT7 gets fixed, I'm staying off Gr.4 races.
